"Sistemas de orientación" es un proyecto para la reflexión sobre la ambigüedad y la incertidumbre como aspectos ligados a la existencia, durante la cual no hay certezas absolutas que nos marquen los caminos a recorrer o nos indiquen el siguiente paso a dar, pero sí disponemos de herramientas, algunas en desuso, para orientarnos y sobrevivir, a las que he llamado "sistemas de orientación". No siempre éstos sistemas conducen por la mejor de las sendas, ni las más agradables, ni las más beneficiosas como individuos o como pueblos, otras veces sí, cabe cualquier posibilidad, muchas veces depende de nosotros mismos. Con la mirada puesta hacia la naturaleza, porque del equilibrio con ella depende nuestra continuidad; de la capacidad de pensar y formular ideas propias; de la experiencia de la vida; de las enseñanzas positivas de la tradición porque también es necesaria una reflexión sobre los "sistemas de orientación" que nos está dando el progreso y sobre sus posibles vacíos.
En lo formal, busco metáforas que simbolicen éstas ideas y propongo imágenes que se  relacionan unas con otras formando combinaciones o dípticos, para ampliar su significado, o incluso se relacionan con objetos externos a la tela pintada, con la misma intención de abarcar otros significados además de buscar un juego estético y visual.
Sin certezas más que el aire que respiramos, las estrellas que nos guiaron, la luz natural o artificial que nos alumbra, las ideas, propias o ajenas que forman nuestro pensamiento, los días y noches que marcan el ritmo y el tiempo para una existencia limitada... nada por sí mismo serviría para encontrar nuevos horizontes o la salida del laberinto, sin nada de ello ¿qué nos queda?

Orientierungssysteme.
„Orientierungssysteme“ ist ein Projekt zur Reflexion der Vieldeutigkeit und der Ungewissheit  als leitende Aspekte der Existenz, konkret der menschlichen Existenz, während dieser es keine absolute Gewissheit gibt, die uns den Weg weist oder uns den nächsten Schritt anzeigt. Aber uns stehen Werkzeuge zur Verfügung, einige davon ungebraucht veraltet, um uns zu orientieren und zu überleben und diese nenne ich „Orientierungssysteme“. Diese Systeme leiten uns nicht immer auf dem besten oder angenehmsten Weg, nicht auf dem gewinnreichsten als Individuum oder Volk, manchmal jedoch schon, jede Möglichkeit findet seinen Platz und oft liegt es an uns selbst, welchen Weg wir wählen. Mit dem Blick auf die Natur, weil unser Fortbestand hängt vom Gleichgewicht mit ihr ab; von der Fähigkeit zu denken und eigene Ideen zu formulieren; von den Erfahrungen des Lebens;von den positiven Lehren der Tradition, da es auch nötig ist, über die „Orientierungssysteme“, welche uns den Fortschritt geben und ihre möglichen Lücken, nachzudenken.
Ich suchte Metaphern welche diese Ideen symbolisieren und biete Bilder an, welche miteinander verbunden sind um Kombinationen oder Diptochone zu bilden, um ihre Bedeutungen zu erweitern. Einige Bilder beziehen sich auch auf andere Objekte ausserhalb der bemalten Leinwand, mit derselben Absicht andere Bedeutungen zu erhalten, nebst dem ästhetischen und visuellen Spiel.
Ohne weitere Sicherheiten als die Luft die wir atmen, die Sterne die uns leiten, das natürliche oder künstliche Licht das uns erleuchtet, die Ideen, eigene oder fremde die unser Denken formen, die Tage und Nächte welche den Rhythmus und die Zeit für eine limitierte Existenz angeben… keines alleine hilft uns, neue Horizonte zu finden oder den Ausgang aus dem Labyrinth, was bleibt uns ohne eines davon?

Orientation systems.
“Orientation systems” is a project aiming to reflect on the ambiguity and uncertainty as aspects related to existence, in particular to human existence, during which there are no absolute certainties that mark the right tracks to follow or that may show us the following step to take. But, though some of them are obsolete, we have tools to guide us and help us survive, which I have called “guidance systems”. These systems do not always lead us through the best ways, neither the most pleasant nor the most beneficial to us as individuals or even as peoples; but sometimes they do, anything is possible, it often depends on ourselves.
 
The project is developed with an eye toward nature, because of equilibrium with it is our continuity, of the ability to think and formulate their own ideas, experience of life, of the positive lessons of tradition because it is also necessary to reflect on the “orientation systems “that is giving us the progress and potential gaps.

Regarding form, I look for metaphors that symbolize these ideas and thus I propose images that relate to each other to form combinations or diptychs, to expand their meaning, or even relate to objects external to the painted canvas, with the same intention to include other meanings besides trying to create a visual and aesthetic play.
 
With no certainties beyond the air we breathe, the stars that once guided us, the natural or artificial light that shines on us, the ideas –belonging to us or to others- that shape our thinking, the days and nights that set the pace and time to a limited existence... nothing by itself helps to find new horizons or the exit of the labyrinth, so what do we have left?
